I'm a Design Leader with 15+ years experience in the athletic outdoor and performance market, specializing in brand building and transformative product launches. From advanced concept development, creative direction and establishing a brand design language to inspiring, mentoring and leading large design teams to accomplish common goals I lead the design and development process from initial sketch to commercialization and build strong partnerships to ensure a successful “go to market” strategy.

In all of those efforts I have played a pivotal role in defining the brand DNA, establishing a cohesive aesthetic or repositioning the brand for expansionary growth opportunities ahead.
